This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts, takes pride in delivering exceptional breakfasts, and wants to be part of a supportive hospitality team.

The Role

As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast service for our hotel guests. You will prepare and cook both cooked-to-order and buffet breakfast items, maintain excellent food hygiene standards, and ensure guests start their day with an exceptional experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
  • Passion for quality food and hospitality
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage breakfast service
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety requirements
  • A positive attitude and strong team ethic
