We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated qualified Accountant to join the Bursary team and play a key role in managing the school's financial operations. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, a natural enthusiasm and flexibility to engage across a broad variety of activities.

This is a fixed term position until December 2026 with the possibility of a permanent position depending on department growth and succession planning. The post holder will report directly to the Bursar. This is a part-time position (40% term time plus) with flexibility on the working pattern.

St Hugh's is a coeducational day and boarding school with 350 pupils aged 3–13, located on a 40-acre campus in South Oxfordshire, about 25 minutes from Central Oxford. In June 2025, it was announced that St Hugh's would be opening a Senior School in September 2026. We offer:
