St Helens Council is seeking a SEND Casework Officer to join the SEND Service in delivering statutory assessments and preparing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for children and young people with SEND. You will work as part of a multi-professional team, engaging with parents, educational settings and health and social care professionals to ensure joined-up provision and timely reviews under the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEN Code of Practice 2014.
