You’ll assist staff and students with Windows PCs, printers, iPads, and AV equipment, with networking knowledge a plus. Strong customer service and service-desk ownership are essential.

Hours 37 per week, salary £26,427–£26,847, and enhanced DBS disclosure. You’ll be part of a small team under the Network Manager and Senior Engineer, with flexibility to cover 8:00–17:00 as
