The Governors of this warm, dynamic, ambitious school are looking to appoint a hardworking, caring and enthusiastic Learning Assistant Level 3 to provide learning support for our pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where professional development is encouraged, and every child is valued.

Working hours – 8:15am – 4:00pm (Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri) 8:15am-4:45pm (Tues – for staff meetings)

The successful applicants must be willing to take ownership of tailoring learning and resources to the child/children they work with, as well as working as part of a team. A flexible approach to duties will be required, together with a willingness to be involved in the wider life of the school. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment and to be familiar with appropriate procedures and protocols.

Candidates must be able to work as part of a skilled, well-informed and positive team of staff and be able to think creatively to meet pupils' needs. They must also be committed to overcoming barriers to learning to enable all children to reach their full potential.
