Catering Service provides more than 7,000 meals a day to primary schools across the borough, with high‑quality and family‑friendly nutritious menus. Our service also focuses on creating bespoke and exciting menus to a range of secondary schools, using the latest trends and student feedback.
General Kitchen Assistants all have an incredibly important role with responsibilities that include assisting with food preparation, cooking and service of food, along with cleaning duties before, during and after service. Good communication skills ensure our employees work together well, and interact with staff members and the public, while the flexibility of our workforce enables the team to deliver and meet the needs of the service.
