St Helens Council is seeking an experienced Adult Community Learning Development Manager to lead the English and ESOL functions within the ACL service. You will shape a curriculum that improves language skills, confidence and progression for residents across the borough.
As a member of the ACL Management Team you will provide strategic leadership to tutors and support staff, drive teaching quality, and ensure provision responds to local need and partnership priorities while delivering social.
