Roles That Matter

As a Community Mental Health Worker in the Community Mental Health Floating Support Team, you will work in an innovative and dynamic well-established community mental health service. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Community Mental Health Worker to join our team. Our service provides specialist housing related support to enable individuals who experience severe and enduring mental health conditions and other complex needs to maximise their independence and remain well in the community via tenancy sustainment.

The focus of the role involves person-centred support plan delivery, with a goal focused remit, derived from bespoke strength-based assessments, working with individuals who require rehabilitative support. Working with a holistic approach, the post holder will provide a high level of specialist support to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
