A vacancy for a part-time Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer at Seneley Green Parish Council has become available.

Are you passionate about local communities, wish to join a progressive Parish Council, with the goal of enhancing the Parish, through proactive engagement between residents and the Parish Council members.

Seneley Green, includes the areas of Downall Green and Garswood, located on the boundary of St Helens and Wigan, within the Borough of St Helens in Merseyside.

It has an electorate population of around 3,300 and an annual precept of £75,900.

The Council is looking for someone who has/is

The position is for 17 hours per week, with a salary range of £16.35 - £18.35 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

This equates to LC2 18-25 (£31,537- £36,363 pro-rata) below substantive range on the NJC spinal column for 2025/26.

We also offer membership of the SMART Pension Scheme.
