St Helens Council’s Careline service provides a local monitoring and response service to the vulnerable, elderly and disabled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from a Lifeline unit in their home. The Careline control centre is operated by trained staff, aiming to maintain independence and security with help always at hand.
This full-time, 37-hour permanent Careline Officer post is based at Hardshaw Brook in Parr, St Helens, covering a 15-week rota of day shifts 7am–7pm and late shifts 7pm–7am.
