We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Learning Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery/Reception) team at Wargrave Primary School. This role supports children at the beginning of their learning journey within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support teaching and learning in the reception class, helping children develop socially, emotionally and academically through engaging and purposeful activities. They will also support the school’s Christian ethos and be dedicated to nurturing pupils’ self-esteem, self-discipline and love of learning, providing strong foundations for progress in key basic skills.

NVQ Level 2 with an early years qualification or above is desirable, as is experience of working as a Learning Assistant in a relevant primary phase.
