Overview
Employer Engagement & Sales Consultant – St Helens College, St Helens, Merseyside. Permanent, Full-time (36 hours per week). Salary from £29,970 to £32,646, plus £5,000 bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and undertake sales and promotional activities to generate new leads and grow the client base.
- Prospect and provide advice and guidance to employers that may be considering apprenticeships for the first time.
- Support the continued growth of the college\’s apprenticeship provision and engagement with employers across the Northwest.
- Be confident, outgoing and driven to achieve sales targets; be organised and responsive in nurturing new client relationships.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Confident, outgoing and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Organised and responsive in managing client relationships.
- Experience in employer engagement, sales or business development activities preferred.
