The role is part of a large, multi-disciplinary team that handles health and social care referrals and provides both planned and urgent assessments.
The post requires an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, driving licence, and access to a car. The team works to deliver an 8:00am-10:00pm rota across 7 days, with 18.5 hours per week.
