This role provides strategic leadership on integration and cohesion in St Helens, including the strategic development, planning and management of various refugee and asylum programmes such as refugee resettlement schemes, the asylum dispersal scheme, and various related schemes for displaced persons.
The role involves strong partnership work and collaborations with key internal and external partners, policy development, commissioning services, and the management of the Integration and Cohesion Service, which provides and commissions a range of services to various client groups, partner agencies and communities across St Helens.
St Helens Borough Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead functions that support integration and cohesion in the borough.
