About the role Based at Nightingale House adjacent to Whiston Hospital, you will operate within a multi‐disciplinary health and social care setting from 8am to 10pm, 365 days per year, providing support, guidance, signposting and access to services at the first point of contact.
Responsibilities Provide a prompt, effective and efficient referral and initial assessment service to inbound customer enquiries.
Work within the shift rota, operating between 8am and 10pm, including weekends (4 weeks in 14 weeks) and bank holidays.
Use track and trace scripts and processes, adult and children safeguarding processes, system training and non‐complex assessment training to support service delivery.
Deliver customer‐focused service with confident and clear communication skills.
Respond to sensitive, emotive and challenging health and social care matters with resilience.
Requirements Experience working in a customer‐focused environment.
Strong communication skills, confident and clear.
Resilience and ability to appropriately deal with sensitive, emotive and challenging health and social care matters.
