We are seeking a Director of Policy & Transformation to fast-track our transformation programme and lead improvements across a broad range of services. You will play a leading role in shaping future policy to ensure our services remain fit for the future, drive cultural change, strengthen governance and performance, and promote a collaborative, “can-do” approach that delivers positive outcomes for our residents.
This is a pivotal and highly visible role, working closely with the Chief Executive, senior leaders and elected members. You will help align the organisation behind a clear vision for change, lead the development of a new corporate plan, and ensure transformation is delivered effectively.
We need someone who can think strategically, navigate complexity, and deliver results. Above all, you will be someone people want to work with, credible, driven and committed to delivering the best outcomes for residents.
