The predicted salary is between 24900 - 36400 £ per year.
This is a Nights only role. We will consider full and part time applications. You would be working as part of the Hospice MDT and Hospice in the Home MDT. You will provide high standards of specialist palliative care to patients and their relatives, including assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating care needs. Organise day to day work tasks and direct less experienced or junior colleagues. Ensure that patient safety is maintained at all times. Triage calls over 24 hours and give advice and support to patients who are known to St Helena or have their details recorded on the My Care Choices Register. Please note that this post requires an enhanced DBS check.

What we’re looking for
Must be Registered Nurse or Paramedic with a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle. Must have experience of handling difficult situations and be able to recognise and respond to crisis situations.
