St Helena Hospice is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Colchester to help run an efficient shop and maximise profits from donated stock for the charity. You will support the volunteer team with clear communication and guidance, deliver outstanding customer service, and promote the charity’s image in the local community.
The role is 15 hours per week at Peartree Road, Colchester. A retail management background is preferred and flexibility to adapt to changing charity priorities is expected.
