If so, St Giles Trust is looking for a highly motivated Volunteer Coordinator to play a key role in developing and delivering a high-quality volunteer programme across Wales.

About the role

You will lead on implementing the Investing in Volunteers Quality Standard (IiV), developing a structured and inclusive volunteer pathway that supports individuals to thrive and contribute meaningfully to our work. You will play a key role in recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, ensuring a positive and empowering experience while strengthening St Giles Trust’s volunteer community.
