St Giles Trust is seeking an exceptional Head of People Business Partnering to shape our people agenda and partner with senior leaders to build an inclusive culture where colleagues thrive. This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time role (4 days/28 hours) with a pro rata salary of £44,000 and flexible hybrid working with national travel. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will lead the People Business Partnering team, navigate change, develop teams and deliver outcomes across the organisation.
