Responsibilities
- risk assessment and crisis response for students with mental health needs
- lead on complex cases and coordinate multi-agency liaison with NHS and external services
- provide line-management and clinical/operational supervision to Mental Health Advisers
- ensure continuity of support during staff absence
- contribute to service improvement and data-informed practice
- develop inclusive, accessible support pathways across the University
- offer specialist consultation and training to academic and professional services colleagues
- lead on service development and ensure governance of care delivery
