In this role, you support a portfolio of health and medical science courses, handling course-related enquiries and providing general course assistance. You will set up and maintain modules and groupings in timetabling software, contributing to smooth student experiences. You work closely with students, prospective students, and visitors, acting as a first point of contact for information and guidance. Your work helps ensure efficient administration across the office and supports the Senior Course Officer in delivering high-quality education initiatives.
