Overview
In this role you lead frontline student support operations within the Hub, guiding a team of advisers to deliver high-quality, accessible support. You’ll coordinate rosters and service coverage across multiple channels, drive service improvement, and strengthen stakeholder relationships to enhance the student experience. You’ll work within Student Support to advance operational excellence and customer service standards, contributing to a student-centered, impact-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear focus on delivering an outstanding student experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Student Support Hub Advisers and ensure smooth day-to-day operation
- Coordinate staffing rosters, workload allocation and service coverage across enquiry channels
- Support service improvement initiatives and maintain high customer service standards
- Develop effective stakeholder relationships and contribute to projects enhancing student experience and operational effectiveness
Key requirements
- Experienced customer-focused professional with supervisory experience in student-facing or customer service environments
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of student support and the higher education sector
