Overview
In this role, you will lead the Central Exams Team to deliver centrally administered examinations across multiple campuses, ensuring secure, fair and compliant processes. You will act as a senior contact for academic and professional services, driving service excellence and continuous improvement to enhance the student experience. You will coordinate schedules, venues, adjustments and invigilator arrangements, resolving complex issues and aligning activities across campuses. Responsibilities
- Lead the operational delivery of centrally administered examinations across campuses
- Act as senior adviser on examination processes and regulations for stakeholders
- Coordinate examination schedules, venues, reasonable adjustments, invigilation and related systems
- Resolve complex issues and support colleagues to improve services for students
- Promote alignment and consistency of exam activities between Clerkenwell and Tooting campuses
Key requirements
- Experience delivering examination or similar operational services in higher education or a complex regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of examination processes, academic regulations and compliance requirements
- Highly organized with ability to manage competing priorities, assess risk and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
