In this role you support the LawIRL projects and CityCLAC, ensuring efficient administrative service for students, volunteers, staff and partners. You will manage enquiries, records and scheduling, helping deliver programmes that develop student skills and community engagement. You’ll work with the LawIRL Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and timely deadlines, contributing to social mobility and access to justice. This is a hands-on admin position in a busy, student-focused environment with opportunities for training and development.

Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries and provide frontline support to students, volunteers, staff and clients
  • Maintain confidential records and case management systems
  • Coordinate appointments, events and deadlines
  • Support student opportunities and monitor program timelines
  • Interact with members of the public and community organisations with professionalism
  • Collaborate with LawIRL Coordinator to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support community engagement
  • Provide training and guidance as needed to students and volunteers

Key requirements

  • Experienced and highly organized administrator
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
