This is a permanent Therapy Technician position based within the physiotherapy team at the Wolfson neurorehabilitation centre at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Roehampton. The post holder provides physiotherapy technician sessions 1:1 and in group settings, and assists the therapy team with related administrative and domestic duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide physiotherapy technician sessions to patients in the neurorehabilitation unit.
  • Assist the therapy team in delivering specialist neurorehabilitation to inpatients.
  • Deliver physical, sensory, cognitive and perceptual rehabilitation interventions, both 1:1 and group sessions.
  • Support the seven‑day therapy service across neurosciences, including rostered weekends and bank holidays.
  • Perform administrative tasks, maintain equipment, gather information and promote best quality patient care.

  • Excellent communication skills and good teamwork abilities.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Willingness to learn, apply training, complete delegated tasks and use initiative.
