St George's, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and Health Group is creating an Organisational Development (OD) Practitioner Bank to provide access to experienced, high-quality practitioners who can support a wide range of organisational development initiatives across our hospitals and corporate services. We are seeking individuals and organisations who can work in partnership with us to design and deliver impactful interventions that improve leadership, team effectiveness, culture and organisational performance. This is an expression of interest to join our preferred supplier bank. Inclusion on the bank does not guarantee work but provides opportunities to be invited to quote for or deliver OD assignments as needs arise.
