You will lead on fire safety compliance, ensuring that all sites meet statutory requirements, healthcare fire safety standards and best practice guidance. Working closely with senior leaders, estates teams and clinical services, you will oversee fire risk assessments, audits, investigations and action plans, while supporting the development of fire safety policies, training programmes and compliance strategies. You will also provide specialist input into capital projects, emergency planning and fire safety performance reporting, helping to drive continuous improvement and maintain the highest standards of safety for patients, staff and visitors.
