Position Team lead Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Overview 0.4 WTE. Responsible for fulfilling PPHS service specification of preventing and managing pelvic floor symptoms associated with pregnancy and childbirth. The post holder is expected to have a clear understanding of how this post contributes to the achievement of the trust vision of: A thriving Foundation Trust at the heart of an integrated healthcare system. One that delivers improved patient care at a community, hospital and specialist setting, supported by a unique and nationally recognised programme of research, education and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Clinical caseload to fulfill PPHS requirement and increased demand and referrals, including leading newly created antenatal classes.
- Service development: involved in quality improvement projects enhancing patient experience and journey.
- Supervisor to band 6 staff.
- Clinical education to team and MDT.
- Assist in inductions and training.
- Assist in operational day‑to‑day running of the service: diary management, booking escalations, triage.
