We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 radiographer to join our friendly and well-supported team. The post holder must be flexible, adaptable to change, prepared to embrace workforce developments and contribute to efficient service delivery through the highest standards of safe, kind and compassionate care.

The strongest resource we have is our team, who are enthusiastic, friendly and highly skilled. This is underpinned by a commitment to continuing professional development for all staff and actively encourages involvement in training and audits.

The service requires all radiographers to perform a wide range of examinations including general x-rays, paediatric imaging, trauma imaging, fluoroscopy, theatre & mobile, dental and EOS imaging along with exposure to CT and nuclear medicine. The department provides a 24/7 service to our patients and participation in this is essential.

This is a cross-site position, working across 4 sites. The department consists of 13 x-ray rooms, 2 fluoroscopy rooms, 3 dental x-ray rooms, 4 CT scanners, an EOS scanner, 16 U/S rooms, 3 nuclear medicine rooms, 5 cath labs and 3 MRI scanners which are housed in a new purpose built unit, all of which enables staff to benefit from the valuable experience and scope of practice that each department has to offer in addition to helping us meet the demand on our service.

A requirement of the position is a BSC (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent. Our staff also benefit from the inner London high-cost area supplement of 20%.
