An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Cardiology Department at St George's Hospital NHS Trust for an experienced and highly motivated IT specialist to join our friendly team and lead the management of our Cardiology IT/PACS systems. Our cardiac diagnostics are also critical for the management of patients in areas such as acute medicine, ICU, renal medicine, and oncology.

Responsibilities:

  • Day‑to‑day management of our PACS and IT systems.
  • Implement new IT systems.
  • Upgrade existing IT systems.
  • Make changes to working processes to improve workflow within the department.
  • Maintain links with the Trust and Radiology IT team who use similar systems.
