- 1 x PT – 2 days per week, Mon and Tues – 13.25 hours per week

- T3 LSA (Hay Grade 5 - £18,696 - £18,995 full time equivalent)
- 1 x PT – 4 days per week, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri – 25.25 hours per week
- 2 x FT – 31.25 hours per week
- T4 LSA (Hay Grade 7 - £20,251 - £21,261 full time equivalent)
- 1 x PT – 2 days per week, Thurs and Fri – 12 hours per week
- 1 x FT – 31.25 hours per week
- 1 x FT 1-2-1, fixed-term contract – 31.25 hours per week
About the Role:
As an LSA you will work with students at St George’s and within the community, implementing specific programmes to support student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning of the class through 1‑2‑1 and small group mentoring, under the direction of the class teacher and senior LSAs.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with students/young people who have High Needs/SEND in specialist areas such as SEMH, Medical, Autism, and complex challenging behaviour.
- High level of personal resilience.
- Understanding of, and willingness to hold safeguarding at the centre of practice.
- Willingness to undertake or update specialist training as required.
- Enhanced DBS check required for the successful applicant.
