St. George’s Nursery is seeking an experienced Head of People & Recruitment to lead our recruitment and people strategy. You will work closely with the COO and teams across Operations, Quality and Training to oversee the full employee lifecycle from planning and recruitment through onboarding, engagement, development and retention.

You will drive workforce planning, onboarding excellence, and employee experience initiatives, analysing key people metrics to inform improvements.
