Your Role

  • Welcome families and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage nursery enquiries, emails, and telephone calls
  • Support admissions, enrolment paperwork, and nursery administration
  • Maintain accurate child and staff records using digital systems
  • Support the Nursery Manager with compliance, policies, and documentation
  • Assist with ordering supplies and general office organisation

What We’re Looking For

  • Have previous administration or receptionist experience
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office / Excel and digital systems
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills
  • Can multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Are professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
