Your Role

As Senior Nursery Manager, you will

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, health and safety, and quality.
  • Drive occupancy, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the nursery.
  • What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have

  • Previous Nursery Manager experience or significant leadership experience within an early years setting.
  • A recognised Early Years qualification appropriate for the role.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and high-quality early years practice.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare and inspiring others to succeed.

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Salary up to £40,000 per annum
