Your Role
As Senior Nursery Manager, you will
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
- Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, health and safety, and quality.
- Drive occupancy, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the nursery.
- What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have
- Previous Nursery Manager experience or significant leadership experience within an early years setting.
- A recognised Early Years qualification appropriate for the role.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and high-quality early years practice.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare and inspiring others to succeed.

- Monday to Friday
- Full-time, permanent
- Salary up to £40,000 per annum
