We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful Thurnby Nursery. Your Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Inspire, support, and develop your team to deliver outstanding practice
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain exceptional standards of care, learning, safeguarding, and compliance
- Promote the nursery to prospective families and support occupancy growth
- Create a warm, positive, and inclusive nursery environment where children and staff thrive
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare
- At least 3 years’ nursery management experience
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding
- A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and early education
- Experience leading and motivating teams
- A positive, customer-focused approach with families and staff
- A commitment to continuous professional development
Salary & Working Pattern
Monday to Friday
Shifts between 7:30am – 6:00pm
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
