We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Nursery Administrator to join our welcoming Aylestone team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and being at the heart of nursery life.

Your Role

  • Manage nursery enquiries, emails, and telephone calls
  • Support admissions, enrolment paperwork, and daily administration
  • Maintain accurate child and staff records using digital systems
  • Support the Nursery Manager with compliance and documentation
  • Assist with ordering supplies and office organisation
  • Build positive relationships with families, staff, and visitors

  • Have previous administration or receptionist experience
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills
  • Can multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
