Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support Nursery Managers to achieve high standards of practice.
  • Ensure nurseries maintain excellence in safeguarding, compliance, education, and care.
  • Monitor and drive KPIs including occupancy, team retention, and financial outcomes.
  • Identify development opportunities and deliver in‑house training to strengthen team skills.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office team to enhance operations and outcomes.
  • Play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our new Nottinghamshire site.
  • Foster a team ethos rooted in positivity, accountability, and professional growth.

About You

  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5+ or relevant degree preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in a multi‑site early years position.
  • In‑depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding protocols.
  • Strong team management, training delivery, and coaching ability.
  • Passionate about developing others and delivering exceptional education and care.
  • A proactive, approachable leader with a forward‑thinking, solutions‑driven mindset.
