Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support Nursery Managers to achieve high standards of practice.
- Ensure nurseries maintain excellence in safeguarding, compliance, education, and care.
- Monitor and drive KPIs including occupancy, team retention, and financial outcomes.
- Identify development opportunities and deliver in‑house training to strengthen team skills.
- Collaborate with the Head Office team to enhance operations and outcomes.
- Play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our new Nottinghamshire site.
- Foster a team ethos rooted in positivity, accountability, and professional growth.
About You
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5+ or relevant degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in a multi‑site early years position.
- In‑depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding protocols.
- Strong team management, training delivery, and coaching ability.
- Passionate about developing others and delivering exceptional education and care.
- A proactive, approachable leader with a forward‑thinking, solutions‑driven mindset.
