About the Role
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to
- Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Lead and inspire a team of Early Years professionals
- Ensure outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for every child
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and compliance
- Support staff development through coaching and mentoring
- Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Help drive quality improvements as we continue our exciting transition under new management

What We're Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- Previous experience in a senior room leader, third in charge, deputy manager or management position
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and relevant childcare legislation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
- Drive, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards change and improvement
