Essential Skills and Qualifications- Nursery management experience (3+ years)
- A strong record of ongoing training and/or professional qualifications
- Ability to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare whilst supporting and leading the staff team
- Minimum full and relevant Level 3 in Early Years and Education
- A customer service approach, being willing to go above and beyond for families
- Day-to-day management of the nursery
- Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Maintaining the highest standards of quality within the nursery
- Completing CPD to continuously up-skill and provide the best practice, and cascade this learning to the team
- Actively promoting the setting to new and potential families
- Ensuring the setting's policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Delivering rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children develop and thrive
- Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all children can reach their full potential
