Chef de Partie (Weybridge) in Romney Marsh

We are looking for a skilled CDP to join our busy kitchen team. We offer a range of shifts to cover both the sauce and larder sections in the kitchen. We have 2 restaurants, one Brasserie style and the other for casual dining as well as an outdoor barbecue kitchen and a busy events schedule. Good knowledge of cookery and cooking techniques Has experience in a busy and dynamic kitchen environment. Has an exceptional work ethic. Works in a clean and hygienic manner and is trained to Level 2 Food hygiene. Well organised in their work. Has a good understanding of HACCP and is used to following clean working procedures. Can speak and read English at a high level. Shows exceptional team work and an aptitude for communication. Is happy to work a range of different shifts and sections (i.e early and late shifts). Can follow menu specifications and take direction from the senior chefs.
