Take a lead on creative content for St George’s Team Ministry. Most of the work is for St George’s Leeds, with some for Holy Trinity Boar Lane (HTBL), and limited support/advice for other parts of the team.
The Creative Content Lead will be accountable to St George’s PCC as employer, through their line manager the Clergy Lead for St George’s.
Terms and Conditions
- 20‑25 hours per week
- Occasional evenings and weekends as required, for which time off in lieu will be given.
- Salary £27,000‑£28,500 pro rata, depending on experience, plus contributory pension scheme.
- 5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays pro rata.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design
- Create designs for St George’s teaching series.
- Design key documents for St George’s, including the annual report and term programme.
- Manage general branding, logo, and design language for St George’s Team Ministry, and maintain design resources.
- Oversee the printing and delivery of designs.
- Photos and Videos
- Film and edit short videos including promos, updates, and others.
- Edit vox pop videos (mostly recorded on phones).
- Oversee a volunteer photography team, take photos at key events, edit photos.
- Maintain the Media drive and the Photos & Video drive.
- Websites & socials
- Manage the overall design of St George’s website, adding pages and updating.
- Advise and assist others to maintain and manage other websites in St George’s Team Ministry.
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media activity in St George’s Team Ministry.
- General
- Share in offering general assistance during particularly busy periods across all sites in St George’s Team Ministry.
- Foster and sustain a collaborative, creative, prayerful team culture.
- Attend and contribute to the St George’s Team weekly staff prayer meeting at least fortnightly.
- Help ensure we are taking seriously our commitment to respond to the climate emergency.
- Provide reports of work as requested.
- Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required of this post holder.
