AFC Bournemouth has an exciting opportunity to lead and supervise a team of stewards to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all people present at the ground. The Supervisor is responsible for implementing the management's safety policies within their designated area and acting as a critical link in the chain of command between the stewards and the Control Room.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise stewards to maintain safety.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures.
- Serve as liaison between stewards and Control Room.
- Seasonal role, casual worker agreement.
- Successful enhanced DBS check required due to interaction with children and adults at risk.
