Part-time weekday nanny/babysitter. Want a supportive, rewarding and fun job that fits around your uni timetable? Fed up of the usual student jobs in retail and hospitality? We’re looking for friendly, reliable students to become part-time nannies.

You’ll get paid from £12.20 - £14.75 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), or more if you have experience with kids. Most nannies work 9–20 hours per week on weekday afternoons, but you can find a family that works around your schedule.

Requirements:

  • No professional childcare qualifications or previous nanny experience required, but you must be enthusiastic, imaginative, love kids, and have references showing you’ve looked after children before (e.g., as babysitter, volunteer or in another organization).

Be a part-time nanny for one local family, looking after their kids in their home or out and about in the local area (e.g. park). Pick the kids up from school or nursery. Make the time you are with them fun (e.g., board games, arts & crafts, baking). Support them with reading & homework. Make simple meals and snacks.

You’ll love this role if:
