We are currently recruiting Shop Managers, Deputy Shop Managers, Stock & Sales Assistants, and Bank Deputy Shop Managers for multiple roles across our soon-to-be 27 established charity shops throughout Leeds.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers and promote sustainable fashion through our vibrant, pre-loved stock.
- Manage shop operations where applicable, including visual merchandising and day-to-day activities.
- Support across multiple shop locations in Leeds, adapting to different environments and teams.
- Contribute to fundraising by delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
