We're looking for a Finance and Payroll Administrator to join our small, supportive bursary team at St Gabriel's, a co-educational independent school set in 33 acres of historic parkland on the edge of Newbury. This is a varied, hands-on role combining core finance work, managing the purchase ledger, processing supplier payments, running payroll and pension submissions to our outsourced provider, and completing daily bank reconciliations, with broader administrative support across the School, including front-of-house duties such as greeting visitors and handling deliveries.

About you

We're seeking someone with hands-on experience of purchase ledgers and confidence working with finance software and Microsoft Excel; payroll or pension administration experience would be a strong advantage.
