The predicted salary is between 31251 - 31251 £ per year.
Salary £31,251 FTE per annum (based on full-time 40 hours per week; salary will be pro rata if part-time hours are accepted). The PCC will also aim to provide a housing support allowance either in the form of reduced rent accommodation or lodgings with a member of the congregation. In the event that neither of those options are available or appropriate, a supplement covering approximately 50% of the market rental equivalent will be considered. This allowance is subject to FTE adjustment if appropriate.
Description of Job: Youth and Young Adults Minister, St Gabriel’s Cricklewood.
Responsibilities:
- The role will include (but is not limited to) development and organisation of Youth provision, including midweek youth nights, Sunday morning group, and special events, volunteer recruitment and development.
- Gathering youth and young adults to build community and explore worship together as well as intergenerational work connecting these and other projects with the full worshipping life of the church.
- Collaboration and support for other local churches in partnership with the wider diocesan vision.
Full time hours are 40 a week, but we would consider appointing part-time for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- There is a genuine occupational requirement that the post holder is a committed Christian.
- The role could be undertaken by someone that is lay or ordained.
