About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Maths teacher to deliver knowledge rich, well sequenced teaching that secures strong progress for students across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key role in shaping a curriculum that builds deep conceptual understanding, mathematical fluency, and confidence in problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high quality Maths lessons that reflect our Trust's curriculum principles: clarity, coherence, challenge, and high expectations.
  • Contribute to a well structured curriculum designed to support mastery, retrieval, and long term retention.
  • Help shape a culture where students enjoy Maths, embrace challenge, and are well prepared for future study.
  • Preparing pupils for GCSE and A Level examinations.
  • Using assessment and data to close gaps and stretch high prior attainers.
  • Uphold our Trust's culture of high expectations, excellent behaviour and pastoral care.
  • Opportunities to teach A Level Maths or Further Maths may be available.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Has QTS and a degree in Maths.
  • Strong subject knowledge to ensure excellent progress for all learners.
  • Delivers high quality teaching that inspires curiosity and deepens understanding.
