You can find more information here www.sjcmat.co.uk ROLE DETAILS The Head of Year provides high-quality pastoral leadership for an allocated year group, ensuring strong behaviour, attendance, safeguarding awareness and personal development. You will act as the first response for everyday student issues, supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and coordinating wellbeing interventions that secure positive outcomes. This is a visible, relationship-driven role requiring calm authority, consistent standards and a commitment to the Catholic ethos of the academy. The post will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure. PERSONAL QUALITIES We are seeking a Head of Year who demonstrates: Calm, consistent authority and the ability to uphold standards.
